- This machine has two separated parts :
- 1- Thermal tunnel
- The tunnel section is equipped with a separate electrical panel and an independent control and power system. In addition to the thermal tunnel, the air shafts holding the nylon rolls are also installed on this section.
- 2- Input conveyor
- This section is equipped with an independent electrical panel and includes the input conveyor to the machine, the bottle separator, the nylon pulling and cutting section, the rod and overlap belt section, the speed synchronization belt for bottles and nylon cutting, and the thermal section.
- – Every parts have separated Electrical panel .
- – All components have separated Electromotor ‹ gear box and servo motor.
- – The parameters including cutting length speed and adjustments will set by the operator on the HMI.
